After receiving your order and payment confirmation we will proceed with the preparation of it. We need 1-2 business days to process your order, depending on existing orders volume.
When the order is ready to be picked up by a carrier, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking data from the carrier and also an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
After leaving our factory, it will take up to 48 hours before the order reaches the delivery location, except in case of force majeure. Important note: with the state of Calamity in the country divided by the COVID19 pandemic and the large flow of online orders, there may be delays.
For now we only deliver to mainland Portugal.
Shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order: up to 1kg-5.67 €; up to 5kg - € 6.62; up to 10kg - € 7.63; up to 20kg - 9.50 € and up to 30kg - 11.93 €. Prices include the VAT rate (in force). Shipping charge is € 1.95 per order.
CREDIT CARD CIMAI accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. For security reasons, when paying with a credit or debit card, the order will go through an authorization process. Once authorized (normally, on the same day) CIMAI will start processing your order. PAYPAL You can pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or your debiT/credit card, without having to share any financial information with CIMAI. PayPal uses the latest data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information safe while reducing the risk of online fraud. Notice: The payment method cannot be modified once the order is placed with CIMAI. If you want to choose another form of payment, cancel your order (send email to email@example.com with your order number requesting cancellation) and make a new one. Remember that when canceling orders paid by credit card, it may take up to 3 days for the card issuer to cancel the payment authorization. CIMAI reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons if it detects an anomaly or if fraud is suspected.SEND THE COLLECTION: If you want your order to be sent for collection, please choose the shipping option - "Sending for collection". The shipping price already includes the additional cost of € 1.95 that is charged for each shipment. In the payment method, you must also choose the send to charge option. MULTIBANCO AND PAYSHOP:CIMAI accepts payments with ATM and PayShop. After choosing Multibanco payment or Payshop and finalizing your order, you will receive an email with the reference number in order to make the payment. MBWAY: CIMAI accepts payments with MBWay. If you choose this payment method, you must be registered with your mobile number associated with MBWay. After completing your order, please confirm the payment sent in the MB WAY application.
CANCELLATION: It happens! No problem! To cancel your order just send it to CIMAI via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), attaching the order number to the cancellation request. In the event that the order has not yet been shipped, we proceed with its cancellation and refund of the amount paid. If the order has already been delivered, we cannot cancel it.
RETURNS: Any product purchased at loja.grupo-cimai.com can be exchanged or returned, and the customer should contact us via email email@example.com .
The request for exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the request. CIMAI does not accept returns sent with postage to pay or counter-refund. Items sent free of charge in the form of gifts or bonuses will not be refunded.
The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to the Client, without any sign of use, and in the respective packaging. In the case of returns, the customer must send the items to CIMAI, and after checking the status of them, the due refund is made. The shipping and banking costs associated with the return of products are borne, entirely and exclusively, by the Customer. CIMAI reimburses the Customer within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the item to be returned. If the final value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is higher than the initial value of the same, the Customer will have to pay for the difference, using one of the available payment methods. If it is less than the initial amount, or in the event of a refund, the Customer may request a refund of that amount by bank transfer to an account to be indicated.
Regarding the shipping of the new product, if it is worth less than € 60, the customer will be charged the standard shipping cost, even if the customer had access to the free shipping discount on the initial order. If the new product exceeds € 60, free shipping applies as usual. In case the customer receives an order with missing product (s), the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to report what happened.
Except for prior notice, all products are shipped in the same order. If the customer receives a wrong product, CIMAI will collect and deliver the correct product at no additional cost. This procedure is applicable to mainland Portugal. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. In case of product unavailability and / or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.
