Instructions for use: The surgical mask has the function of containing the projection of drops of saliva and secretions from the user's upper respiratory tract.
- When used by a healthcare professional, the surgical mask prevents eventual contamination of the patient and the environment (atmosphere, surfaces, material and equipment, surgical field).
- When used by a patient infected with a contagious disease (ex: Coronavirus, SARS, H1N1): prevents it from contaminating other people and the environment itself.
Remove the mask from the packaging and place it over your face, holding it only by the elastic bands. The mask should cover the nose, mouth and chin. Once the mask is properly adjusted, you should not move‑neither reposition‑it until you remove it.
Disposable masks, as soon as they are removed, must be immediately placed in a proper container for their final disposal.
Must switch‑your mask regularly: at least every 3 hours.
Wash your hands before and after putting on a mask.
